Office Update – Pitt St. Fitout, Sydney
CFS Fitout worked closely with the staff and management at Pitt St. Fitout, Sydney Office. They successfully meet all their requirements and specifications for this challenging project. Specific details for the project required the team from CFS Fitout to re-design the current work environment to create a recption area, General Manager, Boardroom and manager offices, storage room and kitchen area.
Working within the scope of the project requirements, CFS Fitout was able to successfully re-design, build, and install every components for this project, on time and within budget. One major challenge for the project related to parking, The office is located in an inner city office tower, with great off-street parking.
Key features for this project included access to the 21st floor, taking into consideration the other tenants with the building and specially those on the same floor. Minimise disruption to current work environment. The project also required new office desks, workstations & chairs, custom joinery & purpose built storage cupboards.
Along with these new office partitions and new workspace was created for the technology and network department, providing new electricals and network cables, custom built storage and network racks, workstations and storage cupboards.
Finally, the management and staff of the office in Sydney were pleased with their new offices
Azzurri, Sydney
A new challenge! Another fantastic project!
Azzurri Sydney presented to CFS Fitout one fo the most interesting and challenging projects ever. As a resuolt of working closely with management and staff at Azzurri, CFS Fitout was able to succssefully meet the specific requirements of this project.
The project required a complete office re-design!
This project presented some great challenges along with some amazing opportunities for the team to be creative. Working within the scope of the project, CFS Fitout successfully meet the budget restraints and other special requirements of the customer. A point for consideration, ’How do you provide new custom built furniture at competitive pricing?’ Solution – be creative!
The second challenge was to complete the project in the required timeframe requirements. Solution – be creative!
As a result of the talented staff from CFS Fitout , they were able to successfully re-design, demonstrate, build and install all the components for the major project, on time and within budget. Great News!
Key features for this project included the ability to re-design the complete office, build custom storage and new walls. Provide samples on a selection of ergonomic chairs, innovative ideas to solve storage problems and build a new boardroom. Plus new workstations and server room.

Central Monitoring Services, Sydney
CFS Fitout worked closely with the management at Central Monitoring Services to meet their specific need for custom storage for archival material.
Working within budget and their restricted timeframe, CFS Fitout was able to successfully design, build and install the purpose built customer storage system. The specialised storage system was designed to meet the needs of the large amount of archival material and the construction of special customise storage boxes, both on time and within budget.
Key features for this project included the ability to design custom storage within the confines of the basement area. The scope of project required specialist detailed designs elements to accommodate storage and boxes to with unusally nigh amount of moisture within the basement area.

Baxter Jacobson Architects, Sydney
Management from Baxter Jacobson Architects made a request to CFS Fitout to work with them and their staff on designing and building a series of new worksations. These workstations needed to meet the specific needs of the staff within the confines of their current office space.
Working both within budget and restricted timeframe, CFS Fitout was able to successfully install complete all specialist joinery work and new workstations as per their specifications of the project, on time and within budget.

New storage – Burwood Council, Sydney
CFS Fitout worked closely with the staff and management at Burwood Council to meet the scope of the project, including new purpose designed lockers to suit the specific space.
Working within budget and restricted timeframe, CFS Fitout was able to successfully install complete all requirements for this project, on time and within budget.

Making room for more staff – Media and Gaming, Pymble
Problem : how do you solve the problem of making more room for more staff but in the same office space.
Solution: get the team CFS Fitout involved.
The team from CFS Fitout worked closely with the staff and management at Media and Gaming, Pymble office for the organisation to improve on the current office design and layout.
Working within budget and restricted timeframe, CFS Fitout was able to successfully install custom designed workstations and rearrange the current office layout.
Key features included the ability to work within a restricted and tight timeframe, install new cabling and workstations to the existing office. Working around the tight timeframe CFS Fitout staff completed the task in one morning, working around and along side office staff.
Problems solved by working around the staff with minimal fuss and distruption. During the time, CFS Fitout build and install a custom made new workstation, upgrade the electrical wiring. All this took part in a limited time frame, limited budget but high on quality.
Office relocation – Country State, Sydney
CFS Fitout worked closely with the staff and management at Country State, Sydney and successfully meet all their specifications and requirements for this exciting and challenging project. Specific details for the project required the team from CFS Fitout to re-design their current work environment from a small open office to a larger space for more staff and partitioned office areas for the General Manager, Boardroom and Server/Technology room. Along with these requirements the project also required complete re-location from one floor to another floor in a small inner city tower.
Working within the scope of the project requirements, CFS Fitout was able to successfully re-design, build, and install every components for this project, on time and within budget. One major challenge for the project related to parking, Country State was located in an inner city office tower, with no off-street parking.
Key features for this project included the relocation from the 8th to 10th floor, re-design the current work environment, build new manager offices, build a new reception area plus a new boardroom. The project also required new office desks, workstations & chairs, custom joinery & purpose built storage cupboards.
Country State at the end of the planing phase, required a complete new office fit out combined with office re-location from one floor of the building to another floor. As a result the project required re-location of power and network outlets and movement of overhead lighting fixtures. Along with the creation of new office partitions. These partitions were custom-made from both plaster and glass. Some glass sections aslo required frosting to provide privacy for the boardroom and General Manager’s office.
Along with these new office partitions and new workspace was created for the technology and network department, providing new electricals and network cables, custom built storage and network racks, workstations and storage cupboards.
Finally, the management and staff of Country State, Sydney were pleased with their new offices
New Reception – Fiori Apartments, Parramatta
CFS Fitout worked closely with the staff and management at Fiori Apartments to meet the specific requirements to re-design the reception area.
Working within the scope of the project requirements, CFS Fitout was able to successfully re-design, build and install all components for this exciting project, on time and within budget. The project was completed in record time, 5 days.
Key features for this project included the ability to re-design the reception area, build new structural walls, custom design reception furniture and storage. Success due to meeting al, the clients requirements.
The project required a redesign and complete refurbishment of the reception area. CFS Fitout with there experience of office fitouts was able to successfully complete this demanding but creative project ontime and within budget. The finished result looked amazing.
New partitions made from plasterboard & glass were provided as solutions, which also included a custom built desk & storage in the reception area, plus Additional furniture.

Rebuild you office over the weekend – Save the Children, Sydney
We had a short window of time – the weekend. Thankfully, Customer Focused Solutions Fitout (CFS Fitout ) a locally based company worked closely with the staff and management from Save the Children, in their Sydney office.
To our amazement, the project was successfully completed on time and within budget. Sydney based CFS Fitout was able to arrange with their staff to complete the task over the weekend. They organised access to office out of normal work hours. The project involved working with staff to create improved work space through a new design and layout.
With a limited budget and small window to instal the new office partitioning and work station. Along with removing the old materials. CFS Fitout completed all this on the weekend. After the staff left on Friday, our team of skilled began to dismantle the old office. The new equipment was installed on the Saturday so when the staff arrived Monday morning everything was ready for them to begin working.
Requirements for the project involved working around a very tight timeframe have the office up and running first thing Monday morning. So the fitout team arrive Friday afternoon as the last office worker left. The team quickly dismantled the old workstations, office partitions and electrical. Then over the weekend the team rebuild the entire office, installing new partitions, workstations, electricals and removed all waste.
Monday the staff arrived to a new office fitout. Another success!
